Mandy Moore is co-owner of Willow Branch Farms, a family farm operation near Moweaqua, IL. Much of her time is spent volunteering at church and substitue teaching at Mt. Zion High School. Mandy as a council member for Mt. Pleasant Church of God and Treasurer of Soldiers and Dogs, a non-profit organization which trains service dogs for veterans. Additionally, she serve as Board Chair for Mt. Zion IL CEO. Mandy currently resides in Mt. Zion with her husband Chad. They have one daughter, Taylor, who is a CEO class of 2023 Alum.

The agency offers a wide array of services, including video production, graphic design, website development, podcast creation, and social media management, providing businesses with strategic and creative marketing solutions. Three Link Media has become a go-to partner for businesses seeking to enhance their brand visibility and engage target audiences through innovative strategies. Jay brings over a decade of experience in marketing and technology to his role at Three Link Media. For over 10 years, he served as the Director of Marketing and IT atPeerless Cleaning and Restoration Services, where he was instrumental in advancing the company’s marketing initiatives and overseeing IT operations. His time at Peerless allowed him to refine his expertise in marketing strategy, brand management, and digital solutions. Prior to Peerless, Jay worked withRutherford Photo VideoandFalcon Multimedia, where he developed his skills in video production and media management. These early experiences laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey and eventual launch of Three Link Media. As a native ofMt. Zion, Illinois, Jay remains deeply involved in his local community. He is a past president of both theMt. Zion Odd Fellowsand theMt. Linda Harper has a Master's of Business Education degree. Ms. Harper has lived in Mt. Zion for 38 years and has two children who graduated from the Mt. Zion High School. Linda has been serving as the Administrator of the Mt. Zion Chamber of Commerce since 2017. Before that she taught a variety of business and computer classes over 30 years for Richland Community College and retired as a Professor of Information Technology. During her tenure at RCC, she was the advisor of several student organizations including Phi Beta Lambda. Linda Harper is a Past President of the Illinois Business Education Association. While she was teaching full-time, she also was an Independent Consultant for a vitamin/nutrition company and Mary Kay and was an active member of both the Mt. Zion Chamber and the Decatur Chamber.

Amy Frazier is the Human Resources Director at Decatur Memorial Hospital, where she leads the hospitals HR strategy to drive organizational excellence and ensure the continued mission of improving lives and building stronger communities through better health. In her role, Amy partners closely with DMH senior leadership to align HR initiatives with the hospital’s broader goals and patient care priorities. Prior to joining the hospital, Amy worked in the Human Resources department of Hickory Point Bank in Decatur, IL. She became a trusted advisor to colleagues and leaders of the organization by providing HR services including, benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS systems. Amy has previous HR experience at ADM and Toys R Us and management experience. Amy is a graduate from Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership. She also holds a Professional in Human Resource certification, PHR, since 2011. Amy participated in the Decatur Leadership Institute and was honored to be part of the Decatur Herald and Review’s 20 under 40 in 2017. She is active in the Decatur community serving on multiple boards including Boys and Girls Club of Decatur and Workforce Investment Solutions. In 2015, Amy was honored to be recognized by the United Way of Decatur and Mid-Illinois as the Volunteer of the Year. Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, three sons, granddaughter, and their dogs. She is an avid listener of podcasts, often exploring topics to leadership, personal development, history and true crime.

Jordan T. Klein joined Erickson, Davis, Johnson & Walsh, Ltd., as an associate in 2015. He received his Juris Doctor from the DePaul University College of Law in 2012 and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2009. While in law school, Jordan served as editor of the DePaul Journal of Art, Technology, and Intellectual Property Law. Jordan's practice includes several facets of civil law including property and personal injury claims, contract negotiation, small business services, estate planning, advising local governments, and insurance litigation. Before joining the Firm, Jordan worked with a civil litigation firm in Chicago, Illinois, where he gained significant trial experience. Jordan is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, and the U.S. Federal Court for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois. He is a member of the Decatur Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.
